Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service. When entering www.filstar.com with your personal profile, you will have the required permissions to use all functionalities in our online shop.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

Your registration requires providing some personal details. When receiving and preserving customer’s private information, FilStar is obliged to protect all data confident – user’s personal details won’t be published, shared, sent, transferred on www.filstar.com or any other social media. An exception can be made ONLY if the customer provides his/her consent for sharing personal details publicly or if some information is required by the Bulgarian Legislative Power.

After completing your registration, FilStar will have access to your personal details which were provided during the account setup. Every user has access to his/her personal information and if necessary can amend it.

Advertising Policy

When completing your registration on www.filstar.com you give your consent to receive advertising e-mails from Filstar – all kind of information related to new and promotional products, events, brochures, etc. If you would like your e-mail address to be excluded from receiving any advertisement information from Filstar, please send an e-mail to mail@filstar.com

Access to www.filstar.com:

In order to access www.filstar.com with a personal profile, you should accept our Terms and conditions and complete your registration. If you do not agree with any of the specified conditions you can reject your registration and review www.filstar.com without personal profile.

There are two type of access to the database of www.filstar.com:

  • End customer
  • Retailer

End customer access – provides permissions appropriate for an end customer who will review and/or order products for personal usage.

Retailer access - provides permissions appropriate for a retailer user who will review and/or order products for the purpose to sell them to retail customers.

When you complete your registration as end customer on www.filstar.com, you will be able to login with your personal logon name and password and start reviewing the website.

When you complete your registration as a retailer on www.filstar.com you should wait for your profile to be authorized by the system administrator. Without this account authorization your retailer’s profile will be inactive. FilStar has the right to give or to reject authorization to www.filstar.com as a retailer. In both scenarios you will be notified via e-mail and necessary instructions will be provided.

FilStar reserves the right to disable/amend user’s account permissions in case this is considered necessary for business reasons.

FilStar cannot guarantee that www.filstar.com will be always available.

FilStar cannot guarantee that all information included in www.filstar.com will exclude incorrect data or errors.

FilStar reserves the right to amend information related to product’s cost at any time without the need to notify any customers or registered users.

How to place an order as an end customer?

Terms of placing an order:

Our online shop might not include all products initially available on www.filstar.com or in our company’s catalogue. In order to have access to our online shop, you need to complete your registration as an end customer and logon with your personal username and password using the button Logon. As a result you will have a personal profile for www.filstar.com which includes the following:

  • Personal logon name and password;
  • You accept the specified Terms and conditions;
  • Gain access to FilStar online shop for purchasing available products.

How to place an order?

To place an order on www.filstar.com you should add the required products and their amount to your basket. All specified prices are in EURO. To finalize your order, please complete the following steps:

  • Delivery address and contact phone number;
  • Press Send button;

The calculated cost in your order is the price for the selected goods without including any transport charges. Each order has a unique order number. To check all your placed orders, you should open menu Orders in your profile.

Payment

When FilStar receives your order request, we have 2 working days to process it and confirm its status via e-mail. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with invoice document stating the final cost for your order, including transport charges. If, for some reason, one of the ordered products is not available in our stock, the requested quantities will be removed from the invoice file.

After receiving your invoice document you should send your confirmation via e-mail to FilStar and proceed with the payment. There are two standard payment methods available – pay via PayPal or bank transfer and sometimes pay on delivery.

PayPal payment method: you can make the payment via PayPal services. If you accept this option, FilStar will send you instructions how to complete the payment.

Bank transfer: you can make the payment via bank transfer. If you accept this option, FilStar will send you instructions how to complete the payment.

Pay on delivery: this is not a standard payment method and is used in very rare cases. You should pay the amount of your order to an employee from the courier company, who will deliver the ordered products.

Shipping method:

The shipment of goods ordered from FilStar is performed by courier company Econt Express - http://en.econt.com/international-services/

FilStar can make the transport arrangements and confirm transport charges to the customer. In relation to the shipment, the following conditions should be taken under consideration:

  • Orders are not sent in weekends and Bulgarian public holidays;
  • Each order from FilStar is shipped with the option to review and test the item, before signing that you accept the product;
  • Before signing the shipment, you should carefully expect the requested items and make sure that they were not damaged during the transportation of the goods. If there is a fault on your shipment you should request a Protocol for damaged products from the carrier;
  • The expenses for returning goods purchased from Filstar are on customer’s behalf;

If Econt Express can’t ship the requested goods to the address specified by the end customer, FilStar will look for an alternative carrier and get a quote for the transport charges.

The shipment of goods is arranged after the invoice is paid by the customer via PayPal or bank transfer.

It is not possible to make amendments on the items you have ordered once the shipment is sent. FilStar is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

How to place an order as a retailer?

Terms of placing an order

Our online shop might not include all products initially available on www.filstar.com or in our company’s catalogue. In order to have access to our online shop, you need to complete your registration as a retailer and wait for your profile access to be authorized by FilStar. After you receive an e-mail confirmation that your access has been approved, you will be able to use your profile for www.filstar.com with the following options:

  • Personal logon name and password;
  • You accept the specified Terms and conditions;
  • Gain access to FilStar online shop for purchasing available products as a retailer.

How to place an order?

Shipping method

The shipment of goods ordered from FilStar is performed by a courier company. Once the order is confirmed, FilStar finds the cheapest and most secured transport carrier and informs the customer about transport charges. In relation to the shipment, the following conditions should be taken under consideration:

  • Orders are not sent in weekends and Bulgarian public holidays;
  • The shipment method is explained to the customer before transport arrangements are made. Customer is informed about transport charges and his/her approval is obtained;
  • The expenses for returning goods purchased from Filstar are on customer’s behalf;

The shipment of goods is arranged after the invoice is paid by the customer via PayPal or bank transfer.

It is not possible to make amendments on the items you have ordered once the shipment is sent. FilStar is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

Return policy

Under the EU rules, a customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days for a full refund. The deadline for stating your desire to return a product expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. If this period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day. You must also send the unused goods back within 14 days of informing the trader. FilStar should give you a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation, but can delay refunding you if we have not received the goods or evidence that you have returned it. The delivery costs for sending the purchased product to the end customer and the shipment costs for returning goods are paid by the end customer. All items must be in original packaging and in perfect condition. FilStar reserves the right to refuse any returns, refunds or exchanges that do not reasonably meet these conditions.
